Our Vestigo Experience with Ernst & Young
As one of the Big Four accounting firms, Ernst & Young (EY) has fantastic leaders and visionaries who step outside the box to facilitate and lead magical teams. Joe Jacobi, Olympic kayaking gold medalist, graciously connected us and joined for the day with this team to co-lead an experience on the Metro Hooch in tandem inflatable kayaks with the EY Global End User & Workplace Technology Department. Rohit Keshava, department head, has worked with Joe in the office before but this was the first time on the river!
Members of this special EY department from across the world came together to deal with a surprising challenge. Team members weren't told beforehand anything about the activity, so it was a unique opportunity to adapt quickly, form teams, and paddle with a team member they didn't know well.
