Our Vestigo Experience with Credigy
Credigy's talented in-house Leadership and Development team collaborated with us to construct a multiple-experience program focused on one of their internal teams to build new skills around communication under pressure, navigating the unknown, and brave vulnerability for practical application. By combining the power of a kick-off keynote speech plus powerful hands-on experiential learning via virtual reality, we were able to both inspire and practice adopting the innovation mindset. Through our virtual experience in the first session along with a hiking and rappelling experience in the second session, we're excited to see the shifts towards innovation and adaptability already occurring in this select group of high performers.
