Our Vestigo Experience with CINC
CINC provides software tools for real estate firms across the country. They began the movement in 2011 and have been thoughtfully growing ever since. Each year, the leadership team retreats for planning and discussion. Vestigo led a hike to an amazing waterfall just down the road from their retreat location and facilitated a discussion with small groups clustered in an opening near the flowing waters.
The heavens opened up and rained during much of the discussion. While slightly uncomfortable, we heard feedback from many on the team that such a unique experience was unlike anything they'd had before. A real chance to be uncomfortable while having challenging conversations while connecting in a meaningful and beautiful setting.
The executive team hiked away with a better understanding of the company vision for the next year and Vestigo was honored to be part of the day.
